What's a Facebook catalog? A Facebook catalog is a container that holds information about all the items you want to advertise or sell on Facebook and Instagram. You can connect your catalog to different types of ads and sales channels to promote your items, including dynamic ads, Facebook Shops and more.

Please note: If you don't already have a Catalog you will need to first Add a Catalog to your Meta Business Suite. Learn more.

Once you've created a Catalog in Facebook. Navigate to your ArtCloud Integrations page.

Click on your name in the bottom left corner and then Account Settings.

Once in Account Settings, click on Integrations. Toggle on the Facebook and Instagram integration to expose your unique feed URL

You will use this URL when you set up your feed in your Facebook Catalog.

Next, go to Facebook (Meta) Commerce Manager to select your new data source to add items to your Catalog.

Under the menu item Data sources, choose Data feed as your preferred option. Select Next.

Step 4_v2

While in Data sources, under Are you ready to upload your spreadsheet or file?, choose Yes. Select Next.

Step 5_v2

On the next screen, choose Use a URL and paste your unique URL from your ArtCloud account into the box. Select Next.

Step 6_v2

Once you've added in your unique URL from your ArtCloud account, you can Set a schedule for how often you want this data feed to update.

Step 8_v2

Give your data source a name if you'd like and select your currency. Click Save Feed and Upload.

Step 9_v2

Once the upload completes you'll be able to manage all the items from your inventory in your Facebook Catalog and choose how those items display on Facebook and Instagram.

This integration brings in all website opted pieces with an image, so it's a complete catalog of opted works. We also include an availability flag as a function of the item's active status, so items that are sold but opted in will come into the catalog as "sold out". If a piece sells, it will be marked as "unavailable".
