What's a Facebook catalog? A Facebook catalog is a container that holds information about all the items you want to advertise or sell on Facebook and Instagram. You can connect your catalog to different types of ads and sales channels to promote your items, including dynamic ads, Facebook Shops and more.

Please note: If you don't already have a Catalog you will need to first Add a Catalog to your Facebook For Business account. Learn more.

Once you've created a Catalog in Facebook. Navigate to your ArtCloud Integrations page and toggle on the Facebook and Instagram integration to expose your unique feed URL:

You will use this URL when you set up your feed in your Facebook Catalog.

Next, go to Facebook Commerce Manager to select your new data source to add items to your Catalog.

Under the menu item Data Sources, choose Data Feed as your preferred option. Select Next.

Choose Scheduled Feed as your upload option. Next.

Set up your feed using the unique URL from your Integrations page. Next.

Schedule how often you want your feed to update. Next.

Give your data source a name and select your currency. Upload.

Once the upload completes you'll be able to manage all the items from your inventory in your Facebook Catalog and choose how those items display on Facebook and Instagram.

This integration brings in all opted pieces with an image, so it's a complete catalog of opted works. We also include an availability flag as a function of the item's active status, so items that are sold but opted in will come into the catalog as "sold out". If a piece sells, it will be marked as "unavailable".
